In order to serve you better, we are offering you a feature to respond to the Advertiser by email or forward an Ad link to another email-id. Please note that there is no guarantee that your message will be delivered. Among the possible reasons are: Invalid email-id, mail quota space exceeded, email-id blocked by the email servers, black-listed by the anti-spamming filters, Connection not available, and so on. 

Hence it is your responsibility to provide your correct email-id in order to communicate any mailing issues to you when replying or forwarding an Ad.

Only quality and genuine ads are accepted on Ads For Indians.

• You can place only one classified ad in any one city  for only one week.
• You must specify the Ad Title and Descriptions very clearly. Ads with short or insufficient information will not be accepted. 
• By placing an Ad on Ads For Indians, there is no guarantee that you will get any business or response to your Ad.
• When your ad is descriptive enough, it will be easily found when searched by the visitors. Hence your ad gets better response. 
• Repeated ads posted by a person/company using different email-ids will be deleted automatically.
• To prevent spamming, your email-id will not be shown to the visitors. 
• Your IP address will be recorded along with your Ad for tracking purpose.
• Please use valid Email-ids for receiving the responses from the visitors.
• Competitor's ads such as other Ad Network ads, Affiliate Ads, Classified portals' will not be accepted.
• Please use the right category for your Ad to get better attention. 
• Your picture ad must be related to your Ad content only. You can upload unrelated picture to your ad.
• Spamming Ads will be deleted automatically.
• Your Ad will be deactivated immediately if we receive any kind of complaints against your Ad from our visitors. If you prove the complaint is false, your ad will re-activated.

• Certain kind of Ads are NOT allowed in our FREE ADS due to the high volume of repeated ads placed by many people. But these ads will be accepted only in our PREMIUM Ads. If your Ad is rejected by our system and if you would like to place a PREMIUM AD, please contact us with your Ad details. 

• The following type of ads will NOT be allowed at all:

• NO REFUNDS ALLOWED: Once the Premium Ad has been activated, no refunds will be allowed for any reasons.  

AdsForIndians.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that AdsForIndians.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

AdsForIndians.com may terminate the access to any part or all of the service and any related services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.

If there is a dispute between participants on this site, AdsForIndians is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you hereby release, AdsForIndians, their officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service.

Please report to us if you find any problem with any advertiser. We will block the ad in case of any complaints.

You specifically agree that AdsForIndians.com shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any data entered through the Service. You specifically agree that AdsForIndians.com is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. You specifically agree that AdsForIndians.com shall not be responsible for any content sent using and/or included in the Service by any third party. AdsForIndians.com will not warranty for any loss of your data or content in your account due any system related errors.
